Construction, a business specializing in excavation, swimming pool installation, landscape design and construction, concrete and masonry, waterproofing, drain tile installation and repair, recently took delivery of their new 2020 International HV507 crew cab from Concord Road Equipment. Built an all custom Concord Road Equipment Patriot XDS Extreme duty body package, this 12′ long beauty was built to look good and perform even better with 1/4″ AR 450 interior walls, double AR head  wall and tailgate, full 3/8″ AR450 floor, this Body will outlast all other on the road.  One of the coolest features of this truck is the 38″ tall side swing, dumping tailgate.  Concord Road Equipment went a step further by assessing the customer needs and building custom stainless toolboxes, 30 gallon upright hydraulic reservoir.  Finishing off this truck are  Whelen 5g and LINZ6 series lights and a Roll Rite electric tarp system.

Concord Road Equipment, in partnership with Valley Freightliner of Cleveland, will soon be delivering this beautiful beast of a truck to the City of North Royalton.

This Concord “PATRIOT HDHX” 22-foot steel dump body features a 31.0 cubic yard capacity, 66″ tall fully-boxed sides made of AR450 steel.  The bulkhead is built from 3/16″ AR450 with a .125 AR450 load-bearing cab protector.  The tailgate is 66″ tall and made of .125 AR450 steel featuring a watertight seal, with a fully boxed perimeter.  Lifting this “PATRIOT HDHX” is an NTEA class 120 heavy-duty “Bail Mounted” (no doghouse) front telescopic hoist with heavy-duty greaseable rear hinge.

Body and chassis accessories include integrated steel grab handles on the ladder, electric operated cable tarping system with 6-inch bow risers and semi-waterproof tarp, dump body vibrator, stainless steel tarp tie-down rail on both sides of the body, and a 62-point Groeneveld automatic lubrication system

This purchase currently includes three existing commercial buildings providing an additional 27,000 square feet. Renovations include additional manufacturing, storage, and office space, providing a combined building footprint over 54,000 square feet on over five acres.
